My Story.
As a Division I volleyball player at the University of Portland, I knew what it felt like to work incredibly hard... only to have my mind get in the way when the pressure was highest. Like many athletes, I struggled with performance anxiety. At one point it became so intense that it was mistaken for exercise-induced asthma. Looking back, I wasn't lacking talent but I was lacking the mental tools to handle pressure and maximise my performance. That experience changed the trajectory of my life.
After graduating from Portland as a four-year starter and earning my Leadership Certificate, I spent several years working alongside CEOs of multi-million dollar companies. While I loved helping businesses grow, I kept feeling pulled back toward the world of athletics. Eventually, I made the decision to leave corporate banking and build my coaching business full-time.
Today, as a Board Certified NLP Master Coach & Trainer and Mental Performance Specialist, I help athletes develop the confidence, emotional resilience, and mental skills they need to perform under pressure. Not just in sport, but in life. My coaching combines neuroscience, psychology, leadership, and evidence-based mental performance strategies with practical tools athletes can immediately apply in practices, games, and everyday life. Whether I'm working one-on-one with an athlete, speaking to a team, or training coaches and organizations, my mission is simple: help athletes trust themselves, thrive under pressure, and become the kind of person they're proud to be long after their playing career ends.
